Provide personalized AI companion responses
Offer "Conversation Memory" to maintain context across sessions (by using this app, you consent to this processing for the core functionality of the service)
Process payments and manage your credit balance
Improve our service quality
Send important service updates (no marketing emails)

3. Data Storage & Security

Your conversations are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use:

Convex for secure database storage (encrypted at rest)
Clerk for authentication
HTTPS encryption for all data transfers

Data Processing Location: Your data is processed securely on servers in the US and India, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. We ensure appropriate safeguards for any cross-border data transfer.

4. Third-Party Services

Right to Erasure: Delete your account and all associated data instantly via the "Danger Zone" in Settings.
