Changathi is an AI-powered companion designed to provide emotional support and a safe space for conversation. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. User Responsibilities

When using Changathi, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Not use the service for illegal activities
• Not attempt to abuse, spam, or manipulate the AI system
• Not share harmful, abusive, or threatening content
• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)

3. Credits & Payments

• Credits are used to send messages to the AI companion
• Credit purchases are non-refundable
• Credits do not expire
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay

4. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates.

5. Limitation of Liability

Changathi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Decisions made based on conversations with the AI
• Emotional or psychological outcomes from using the service
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Loss of data or credits due to technical failures

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
